The Liberty area is one
of the best planned communities in the Kansas City metro. Cities
of Kansas City & Liberty
have professional, well-trained planning & development and public
works personnel. Road improvement projects are ongoing including
brand new projects such as the South Liberty Parkway Phase II and the Flintlock
overpass (a connector over I-35). Improved and enhanced transportation
infrastructure includes access off of I-35 at Highways 152 & 291.
Within residential areas, the City of Liberty has planned millions
of dollars in improvement projects including street overlays. Other
parts of the Liberty area include Kansas City city limits and unincorporated
Clay County.
Water & sewer services are provided by the City of Liberty or
the City of Kansas City, depending
