The Partnership for Community Growth & Development (Partnership) is an economic development organization located in Liberty Missouri. The Partnership is tasked with helping the Liberty area grow and prosper.  To read about some of its recent successes, click here.

Highlights of Partnership Investors

Marshall & Isley Bank is a financial services corporation headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis., with $54 billion in assets founded in 1847.  M&I Bank has over 280 offices throughout the country, with 17 offices in the Kansas City area.  M&I bank acquired Gold Bank, including the Liberty location, in 2006.  The have moved into a new building in the Liberty Triangle development shared with Prudential Carter-Duffy.  M & I Bank (previously Gold Bank) is one of the founding upper level investors.  Pam Berneking, an M & I Bank Vice President was instrumental in realizing the dream of an economic development organization for the area.

The Shoal Creek Valley Development is one mile west of Liberty on Highway 152.  It is a community planned to have 1,700 acres of residential and retail development, with over 10 residential, retail and commercial neighborhoods.  The infrastructure is now complete and ready for more homes and businesses to move to Shoal Creek.  Panda Express, Office Max, Verizon Wireless, Taco Bell and others are all part of this development process.  The Metropolitan Awards for Marketing Excellence in 2005 awarded Shoal Creek Valley Development 13 awards, including all categories in the $500,000 and up range.   The organization understands the need for marketing of the area and generously supports the Partnership efforts.
