Plan of Work The Board of Directors committed to a Saturday strategic planning session held on October 31, 2009. It was facilitated by founding member and civic leader, Pam Berneking. The discussions at that session are the foundation for the Plan of Work. The Partnership Board approved its 2010 operating budget and Plan of Work at its December, 2009 board meeting.
