Clay County ranked 2nd in retail sales per household in 2004 and
projects it will be #1 by 2009. The Liberty area's
population growth is the foundation on which retailers base their
decision to locate here. Given the age, affluence and family composition
of the Liberty area, there are clear opportunities for retail development.

The R.H. Johnson Company's 2005 Shopping Center Report shows vacancy
rates very low in Liberty indicating the market for additional space
is strong.
