Quality According to the 2000 census, just over 90% of the Liberty population are high school graduates, 32% are college grads. Currently over 85% of high school seniors plan on seeking additional post-secondary education of some kind. The Partnership for Community Growth & Development has completed visits with businesses in the Liberty area. During those visits in 2009, businesses were asked to rate their workforce. On a seven-point scale: workforce availability received 6.57, quality - 6.57, stability 6.53 and productivity received a remarkable 6.62!
